Sketchers is comfortable. Even for their slippers, the foam padded sole gives great support. Expensive and design isn't very nice though. Only worth getting if there is a discount.

I was outside the shop at 11.04am. The staff refused to let me in saying on their watch is 10.58am, got to follow their timing. With staff like this sure doom for the shop

Staff gave the wrong size, want to go back to change, worn the shoe and go down to the shop itself to double check, and the staff confirmed can be exchanged. After bringing full set (box, receipt etc.) to the shop, refused to change. Waste time, waste effort, waste money. Don’t bother buying.

Good offers during special occasions such as mothers day. But their shoes don't last very long... I. E. Aren't durable... But still better than Nike

Warm welcome from staff member Jane/Jenn who was very spontaneous and made very constant communication with me to make the best assessment for what to recommend from the various footwear ranges from the available assortment - all without aggressive over-selling. Will definitely recommend customers to seek her assistance when visiting this outlet, especially for customers who have specific footwear needs such as for those with sports injuries. She is also very attentive in recommending colours based on what suits customers. Her fast-thinking and quick-working style also helps her adapt in busy situations where there are many customers around, switching between languages and so-forth. Thank you Jane & Team Clementi!

Staff are willing to go the extra mile to check for you whether other outlets carry the size which you want. But however they dont honour the price if they label it wrongly which is unprofessional. They just dismiss it as wrong price label which is not right. Other than that, the shoes provide great comfort but abit expensive....
