The staff at the Spectacle Hut in Clementi Mall were very helpful to me today -- I was seeking to have the nose pads on my glasses fixed and they did so quickly and with friendly service and a smile. Thank you!!!!

Great service. Is hard to find optometrist who are knowledgeable but Benjamin and Jolene are very patient in understanding your needs. And they know the products at their fingertips! Will recommend this optometrist definitely!

Purchased 2 pair of glasses (in Black Friday offer) at Clementi outlet. The service from Ben was excellent and he patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. He seemed very knowledgeable in the field. Not sure if it’s because the mall is not too crowded, I’ve always felt the service here is better than other competitors (ahem..Lenskart). On the downside, the choices might be a bit limited and pricy compared to other stores. But the selections were nice. Would highly recommend to stop by here if you are looking for quality service and don’t mind paying a bit extra.

Great service. Got to do eye test without appointment for contact lenses because they were nice to let me slot in. very patient in teaching me how to wear the contact lenses too :D

I don't know why they are not giving free lens casig!! I mean how can we put the len in?? Although they have it in their every store but they're pretending that if they give to their customers it might cut the price from their salary...

Went to the store for some general inquiry and spectacle adjustment on Friday 30 august. The lady optician (didnt get her name) handled my request with great professionalism and attention to detail. Although I did not make any purchase that day, her attitude gives me confidence to return in the future if I need a new pair of glasses!
