This is the skinniest Veggie Delite I've ever ordered from Subway. Had this wrap all over singapore and nowhere is it as stingy as here. My husband said he even asked the staff to add more because there was even less at first. Sorry but Clementi staff should do better.

went on 4th jan, the staff there are extremely rude and inflexible. wanted to make a change on the turkey cranberry sub but they refused to do it, and only agreed to do it after repeated requests. even then, the older staff told the younger staff that was doing my order to give me lesser ingredients. avoid this place at all cost

Ordered a seasonal item (turkey cranberry sub), and they started making a turkey breast sub instead. Seems like the staff is not familiar with the menu.

When I was almost done ordering my meal (I was waiting to pay), one of the employees who served me 'whispered' to the other saying something. She said "this girl order corn & mayo only," and they both giggled. I am not sure if that's what she actually wanted to say but I found it really insultive/rude. I was just trying to order food with my friends and have a nice meal. If that's not what she said, I am sorry for assuming. Telling something like that Infront of a customer is just plain rude. It really spoiled my mood. I didn't say or do anything to her, so why did she say that? She could've just kept her opinions to herself. The food here is decent but it's rather expensive in my opinion.

Ordered the breakfast set that cost me $9.20 around 10 plus am. The harsh brown looked sad & tasted so dry. The staff were unfriendly too. Very disappointing experience.

Day One Jan1 2025 Subway Clementi Mall … I ordered Mayo egg salad and seeing there is turkey chunks in the serving tubs . I requested for add-on turkey chunks. However the server and her colleague at the cashier counter declined to add them because it is a promotion for the sandwich . She said that it is turkey cranberry and not turkey. I was surprised by her service . Firstly , turkey chunks are just turkey . Secondly cranberry is a sauce. She just refused to add in the turkey chunks in my salad. Such an uneducated and untrained staffs by Subway . Inflexible to find pleasant alternatives with good service presentation .

I ordered chicken & mushroom melts, 6 inch. The lady who served me speak so softly. She did not asked me what kind of bread or toppings. She just put the vegetable in and cut the bread. I even have to tell her to put it in the oven to toast the bread. She put the vegetable on the bread then put on the oven. The topping she give is so little. Another lady tell me this bread can only put ranch sauce. I paid $9+ for this. Such a scam

Am giving this one star cos the overall average rn is 4.2 stars for this outlet which is far too high. I tahan too long before this review, combining multiple issues into this one review. Been an occasional customer to this particular outlet, honestly they are super stingy with their veggies, always give only a tiny pinch you have to ask for more and then they give you an even tinier pinch. I don't face this in any other Subway outlet islandwide. Furthermore their shorthaired aunty seems to never put up her mask while handling food. I've seen once she dropped something(I never knew what was) and then she put it back into my sandwich. Didn't bother to confront her but I had diarrhea afterwards. Today I saw her(shorthair aunty) serve multiple customers without putting her mask on(mask just hang at the chin area) Their seating arrangement is also a bit awkward as the tables are very close together it made moving the chairs difficult if we bring bags. Attaching a photo of the sandwich the ah-girl did for me today so tiny pinch of veggies. I'll not visit this outlet unless I'm quite hungry and need to eat asap.

Ordered salad bowl for dinner as I’m looking for healthier alternatives with more vegetables. Was told by the staff - “no extra for mesclun, out of stock”. Mesclun on display was full and I was given a pathetic few pieces. Asking for a few more pieces is apparently being deemed too much. Been patronising many different subway outlets, never happened before. Worst experience here, never coming back.

So impressed by the standard and quality of the cookies at Clementi today. The best cookies I have ever had in a long time. Usually the cookies are half-baked / undercooked / soggy / soft, but today these were fully baked with chunks of macadamia even! Kudos to the team on shift at 6pm 👍🏻

On the 10th of October at 7:15 pm, I went to the Clementi subway and found the service staff to be extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. I was a bit confused while ordering multiple sandwiches, but they didn't rush me and patiently waited for me to figure it out. The staff member at the bread station even offered to help me quickly prepare the sandwich that I had accidentally forgotten to order.

Looking at Friday crowd makes you wonder why it's popular: for the diet conscious bread with meat and lotsa vegetables. The lady always bring the food to my food table as she knows I'm handicapped.. Good service is what it's important
