Your red hair staff dude was very rude, approach him to ask a question when he was seating at the counter not attending to your customer and he rudely reply “WHAT”. Nowadays very hard to get decent customer service. Consumer need see employee face when buying your store products. (19/3, 7.35pm)

Visited the shop on consecutive days. Nobody bothers to serve you until abt 10 mins or so and there was just me in the shop. I was trying out the ipad air and pro. Only to be told there is no stock aft I hv decided to get the ipad pro. Msged them on WhatsApp followed by 2 calls on 3rd day to further enquire abt ipad air to be met with total silence. Service standard was way below par I must say and service personnel seems ill trained for the job. There was no smile and no friendly greetings, just service personnel pulling a black face doing Q and A. Very bad experience and disappointing experience with Switch.

I had such a great experience at the Switch + @ Clementi Mall! The staff were super friendly and knew their stuff, which made it really easy for me to find what I needed. The store layout was nice, and they had a good variety of products at reasonable prices. Overall, I left the store really happy with my purchase. Definitely recommending this place to friends!

Best Apple reseller so far in SG. Very recommended to buy Apple devices here, plus staff are friendly and helpful. Got my new Marshall speaker from here. Satisfied with product and will come again next time. By the way, here they also accepted Atome & Grab Paylater for instalment its quite good for me who don't have credit card to pay monthly ☺️.

This is my second Switch store visit, my go to is the one at CCK but it’s really the same as experience as Lot1. Came here during work break to purchase the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max Clear Case. (case is $75, could be pricey for some .. but it’s totally worth it! as it protects your phone, doesn't get yellow & it looks clean over the years!) speaking from experience since iPhone 13 pro max! 😀 Good customer service, friendly & bubbly staff! Like I said, I feel welcome!
