Went to Switch + @ Clementi Mall to purchase a MacBook Air for my son. Didn’t know which model to purchase. The staff was very helpful and guided me which one I should get based on my needs and budget. They also advised me to get accessories. Will definitely come back to get my Apple products.

Your red hair staff dude was very rude, approach him to ask a question when he was seating at the counter not attending to your customer and he rudely reply “WHAT”. Nowadays very hard to get decent customer service. Consumer need see employee face when buying your store products. (19/3, 7.35pm)

Visited the shop on consecutive days. Nobody bothers to serve you until abt 10 mins or so and there was just me in the shop. I was trying out the ipad air and pro. Only to be told there is no stock aft I hv decided to get the ipad pro. Msged them on WhatsApp followed by 2 calls on 3rd day to further enquire abt ipad air to be met with total silence. Service standard was way below par I must say and service personnel seems ill trained for the job. There was no smile and no friendly greetings, just service personnel pulling a black face doing Q and A. Very bad experience and disappointing experience with Switch.

Went for an urgent iphone shopping and I gotta says that it was a very pleasant experience! Assisted by staff Syafiq, grateful for him for the assistance and it was so kind of him willing to help me do the screen protector there even tho I didn't buy the screen protector from the same shop, but he was willing to help me. Thank you so much to staff Syafiq! Deff recommended! 10/10 customer service!
