Ordered in total five items, and the packing staff got 2 of them wrong 😅. I mean, if you are not capable of remembering correctly what customers have ordered, why u always ask us to order in advance? What’s the point? I know it’s probably not the staff’s fault, but I do think your SOP needs to be refined. It’s definitely not a single case because it’s already happened to me a lot frequent than I can tolerate.

First time ate in the stall in Clementi Mall. Usually will just do takeaways. The customer service is quite pleasant when my wife ordered. They are ok to add additional sauce onto the rice when my wife requested. The food is is comfort food. The rice servicing is generous and I love the pickles although having some takuan will really be awesome. All the grilled stuff that we ordered tasted great even though we just had dinner at Eng Heritage. The place is small but no one seems to be eating in, so we had the whole counter to ourselves. Will definitely be back.

Food — TOO MUCH MSG in the food which makes me super thirsty after finishing the set meal. Chicken karage was soggy and not crispy at all. ☹️*Price for set meals have increased by $2 to $3 since 2020.* Service — sub-par. Atmosphere — only 6 squeezy seats with overwhelmingly yellow spot lights. Makes me nauseated but am glad that I didn’t vomit whilst dining there.

NOT RECOMMENDED Really the customer service is really bad. Customer demand especially mine is not been satisfied. The staff know best is just to collect money. The Unique slogan : Money First, Service Last . For the management, instead of keep on raising food prices, maybe can request to send your staff for more training.

Ok, so this review is purely based on one item menu - the $1.60 pepper karaage. Perfectly salty with an aromatic peppery bite. The chicken was moderately juicy, but more importantly, superbly lean. My karaage pieces were completely free of those fatty bits that always ruin a good piece of fried chicken with that slimy texture and somewhat off-putting greasy chicken flavor (looking at you OCK chicken pops). Definitely going back to pick up more karaage soon. Havent really tried their other items soon, so take this review with a grain of salt. Suggestion to outlet: i think you can go with cheaper packaging for the to-go orders. I was surprised they used thick plastic packaging for my single stick. Seemed like a waste to throw it away
