Waited for one hour which was expected, because they had mentioned when I ordered. The problem after an hour was they gave me the wrong flavour, and when I mentioned it, the cashier was implying that I was wrong until she checked my receipt again and made my order correctly without any apology. One of the flavours served were cold and had the old oil taste. I understand the long wait, but when the long wait comes with sucky food… is it worth it though

VERY SLOW?! I always have to wait so long just to get my food. They always prioritise the food delivery orders before the online and in store orders. I feel like they have to do something to improve the serving speed. Currently waiting 45mins for the food…

Good food. Love their chicken and mushrooms. Chicken is flavourful and tender. Mushroom side is tasty as well. Service could be better in terms of customer communication on food service wait time. 🚇 Clementi IG @sporkandbeanz

Only order If you are prepared to wait. They are very popular and always packed with order. Staff was polite and place is popular with students. Food is cooked to order and portion is good. Ranch sauce is the star. Louisiana Rub goes well with the ranch sauce.

Agonizingly slow at preparing the order, waited more than 45 minutes. How hard could it be to make and dip six chicken wings in some sauce? Especially considering almost all of their menu is just wings. I didn't want to believe the other reviews about the atrocious service, but they are sadly accurate. It turns out, my order had already been prepared (after 45+ minutes no less) but they made me wait an additional 15 minutes because my order number had been entered in as being an "online order", which was ready 45 minutes(only!) in. When I went to the counter to ask them about it, they turned me away the first time. I was only able to collect my cold wings fifteen minutes later after I checked in again. Unreal. Thankfully, the wings were decent but they are absolutely not worth the waiting time. If you must order here, do it and wander around or shop for an hour before you return to collect your food. You are welcome.
