I had a very good experience at this outlet. I wanted to know more about the varied features of digital locks. Stan was serving me, and he has good product knowledge and is able to explain to me the technical details of the Yale locks. At no point in time was there any hard sell, he's there to understand my needs, recommend and explained why he recommended them. I spent 1 hr at the shop asking and gaining as much knowledge as possible. These are residual questions that I'm not able to get from the internet. After the knowledge sharing, we didn't commit to buy as I wanted to test out other scenarios using other brands key card. Stan welcome the subsequent testing in a cheerful manner. Next day I visited again, cheerful Stan helped testing the different scenarios. He made sure I am thoroughly convinced of what I need and of course I made the purchase. He made an extra effort to get hold of the color that my wife wanted and get a installation asap. Thanks Stan, outstanding service !

Not very satisfied with the service provided at this outlet one of the weekends. At the beginning, the chinese male staff named Jack
serving was alright but after a few enquiries about the digitalock, he seemed to be impatience & persistent unable to fulfill. He could be polite telling me but did not. He did not tell me the price & warranty. Told him gave it a thought & walked away. Bad service.

After 2year 6months, the fingerprint door lock spoiled. The fingerprint cover not working. Yale said after 2year warranty, they can't do anything.
Call the hotline, the operator not even can bring up my sale record and lock model. Everything I need provide detail myself again. Check and repair cost estimate $600. I will never recommend anyone use Yale lock again.
My friends use other brand, last for almost 10year and still working fine.

I purchased a controller for my 2 digilocks from Yale on 22 December in Clementi Mall and was served by Jerry who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I returned 2 weeks later to ask how to sync the controller with the 2 locks and the guy on the stand couldn't help( I suppose either lazy or lack knowledge) and directed me to call hotline. I finally what's app the Number used by Jerry and was served by JK who turned out to be helpful and professional and I finally sorted everything with the instructions. I am glad that Yale do still invest to train their front line staff to assist in after sales, this is on top of good solid product quality.

Waited for the staff to attend to me very long & at last, the chinese guy who attended to me said that the lock was unabled to install due to my door structure. Hello! It's digitalock & normal hdb door. I asked a few enquiries & he seemed to give me attitude. It's a waste of time over there. Not recommend.
