Ate Satay Bee Hoon at 11plus morning on 16th June 2023. There were many houseflies around the area where food was prepared. Stomach felt weird a few towards evening time. Then realised had food poisoning when had fever, stomach upset & diarrhea. On 2July 2024, I decided to give it a try again! The cook left my satay beehoon on counter. And i had to figure out on my own if it was mine. Asked for no cockles during ordering. But I only discover cockles were still added when I after eating a few bites. I also found a piece of plastic sheet in my satay beehoon. No more EAT.

The staff forever in bad mood, impatient, not friendly, experienced these in every visit, all time same. You can imagine they talk to you with frown eyebrow, don't remember what you order and you have to keep repeating your order. Also the staff who serve your noodle, he tender over the bowl of soup to you with his thumb contacted the soup. Overall I will say the service and the manner is worst than you deal hawker canter hawkers

I've been eating their laksa since their Railmall outlet opened in Hill View area. Very sad to report the steady deterioration in taste and value. Dish was not served (temperature) hot enough. The amount of laksa soup is woefully inadequate, barely submerging the noodles and fish cakes. Once I asked for more laksa soup as i noted the pathetic amount that had been dished into my bowl. The server told me that they were being watched, pointing to the overhead camera, and that they were not allowed to give more soup. That's why I rarely eat here anymore. Today was the first time in many months and I'm reminded afresh why I should't come again. P.S. Noodles were undercooked and they ran out of cockles again. They often do but still charge the same. No offer to give extra fish cake to compensate. Actually, I would have been happy with a bit more soup.

The Lady attitude is very bad. I ordered coffee while she’s washing than the uncle told her about it. She came and give me a black face to see.

I ordered laksa noodle takeaway. The noodles portion is pathetic. Laksa soup is almost room temperature, doesn’t feel hot, and honestly quite bland. It doesn’t even fill 1/2 of the takeaway container. I am a small eater, but even this kind of portion is insufficient for me to feel full.

Portion is pathetic for price point. Laksa costs $5.50 but only comes with a fried dumpling ,a fried fish paste beancurd skin thing,4 slices of fishcake and a few Taupok. Soup given is very little as well, barely covering the noodles. Not worth at all!

Ordered laksa takeaway in seperate packing. Ur bowl is pathetic small. The lady staff gave me half bowl of laksa gravy. Tats laksa, not mee dry. I ask for more, she ridiculously told me it's alot areadi. If ur company is so miser, might as well dun sell laksa.

Just ordered noodle soup. Employed an old man to prepare and he forgets this and that. I had my bowl noodles without any spring onons or a drip of lard oil on it. Just don't bother at all. Terrible. Will not patronize there. anymore. Other branches not like that. Really tasteless noodles

Ordered take away fishball noodle soup & lor mee. Requested seperate packing of soup. The soup & gravy that they packed seperately using such small container is so little that it does not even cover the noodle. Might as well don't give. Staff is also very rude.

Tasty Satay Bee Hoon with ample satay gravy to accompany all the bee hood and ingredients till the last bite Bak Chor Kway Teow and Bee Hoon was just right, not over-cooked Ngoh Hiang and Dao Kee was fried well. Could see that they increase the degree of heat just before removing fron the wok to force out the oil Laksa with you mee was cooked just right, not overly cooked...you mee was better able to soak uo the laksa gravy as compared to thick beehoon...do give it a try

Good to read that EAT. accepts Visa payment contact less payment. The wall posters are new, the bowls, chopsticks, spoons, mugs, etc. Meepokda tastes better than previously, though container of cut chilli padi in soy sauce was not replenished even at 8am as staff busied with order taking and serving. Coffee could be improved to be like that of some coffee stalls in food centres.

I ordered takeaway Lor Mee. It’s good and the cashier taking the order is quite precise with his order: chilli, separate container for sauce? I was away in less than 5 minutes. $6 for medium sized meal for a small eater like me is unbelievable good price.
