I wish there is the rating of NO STAR. I simply don't understand why Guardian have this Special attitude pharmacist working at this Store. This guy simply ignore the doctor letter for my prescription medicine. He just ask him to go some where else. Worst still this Guardian Pharmacist just simply closer the counter and run away. His attitude can accidently hurt or kills someone who are urgently needed the prescription medicine. Hi guardian, please investigate and reply this incident. Or just close this pharmacy so that other will not be the victim of guys. Thank you.

The price tag show 20% discount, but when payment, the price is still $19.90. And the cashier told this is the nett price already!!! Feel like being cheated! Please be aware when u shop at Guardian.

Guardian outlet is conveniently located at the Clementi MRT Station entrance bridge to clementi mall so is practically quite busy with patrons.

Bought 6 bottles Grape seed vitamin yesterday after payment found 2 bottles near expiry in 2 months time instead of said year 2020. I asked for refund but was rejected, reason they said I paid with voucher. So I requested to fund 3 bottles but amount only can to refunded in 3 days time. Unlike other my other experiences they can refund it to me immediately. Will not go back there again.

Rude staff. Staff showed you his Black face if you asked him to open up your online order for checking. Try asking any staff on information on store or products, they say they do not know. Not sure why they are open for business.

The lady sorting through the medication on the shelves beside the pharmacist was quite rude. I took a while to ask her if an item was available, and she responded impatiently.

I hate the touting and walk away when I see a sales person in my way. Hard selling otherwise they change their attitude and say ask you to ask some other staff. I hate going Guardian (and Watsons) for this reason. I never ask sales people for anything as they won't genuinely help you.

A matured Indian lady at the pharmacy counter at Guardian Clementi Mall asked for my ic and tel number when I wanted to purchase aspirin and when I related this to my husband, he said, she had no right to ask you for the details as it's a drug that can be purchased over the counter. This happened earlier this year as I was going to purchase it again for my husband. He told me not to show my IC to just anyone, can give them the last 4 numbers if need be. I was furious when I learnt of this. Guardian, inform your employees manning the counters not to take matters into their own hands without knowing the law to unsuspecting customers!
