Attitude and service of the male staff at the counter on 23rd Dec @5.20pm was extremely poor.
I've dropped off my laundry weekly for the past few months and the young malay lady along with the alteration lady was excellent and helpful.
Today's experience with him felt like one of those 'i don't have the time' to look for your 'missing item' if you don't have the receipt. Despite their system showing that my item has not be collected. Yes, i understand it's difficult to search through the shelves and suggested he give me a call when they have done that. But he didn't seem interested or saw a point to do that.
It's disappointing that it's reach this point of service.

Bad experience. Sent my scrubs for normal laundry wash, and was charged extra. When questioned, the lady claimed it is considered a "lab coat" even though it is short sleeved. Will not recommend going due to the premium overpriced service but subpar wash standards and long waiting time. Other places charge way lesser and provide equal if not better service.

I will not go back again. the staff are so rude and so slow, as a result there is always very long Q and very long waiting time. and the staff anyhow charge for the items. my UNIQLO AIRISM dress, they charge as "silk". the label "AIRISM" was so visible on the dress and yet the staff still tag it as silk and made me pay the price. so ridiculous. therefore, no more and I am not going back again.

This is the third time I had sent my uniform for dry washing. Previous 2 times had no issues. However, this time on Tuesday when uniform was taken back, there was blue paint on my uniform. When the stained was spotted, I immediately went back and informed the shop assistant about it. To my dismay, the shop assistant accused me for painting my own uniform with paint. I explained that I just took my uniform away I didn't want to dirty my uniform by taking out in open, but she continued to accuse me that I purposely put paint on my uniform, and is entirely my fault. They will not do anything about it, and I will need to pay if I want to dry wash it again. Poor service and rude shop assistant. I really hope the shop owner look into this matter.
Hi, thank you for the reply. As mentioned, I got photo to show that at the point of collection, there is a stain present already. In addition, as I need the uniform urgently, I have paid another $33.70 for removing the stained. The invoice order number is 10551. I will strongly appreciate if your team can reply to my email. i have always trusted their alteration services because it was affordable & they never messed up any of my requests. but my recent visit left me disappointed & extremely angry.
supposed to collect 4 shirts with a sample given on 18/4/2023. lady boss was not present so had to speak with her staff.
instructions clearly given:
- cut length & sleeve of shirt, follow the sample
- cut off the cuffs, no need to attach back
my phone number was also given to them as part of the receipt requirements. when i asked to pay, staff said can pay upon collection.
came down on 23/4/2023, boss was not around so staff called the boss & said not ready yet, can come tomorrow. came down again on 24/4/2023 & needed to wait 15 more minutes. this time the boss was around.
when i asked to pay, she gave me a breakdown & i was shocked to hear that the bill came out to $80. when asked why, boss said because she attached the cuffs back, so one piece was $20. when i told her i told her staff not to attach the cuffs, all the boss said was "she is new, she don't know". how can? she don't know then that means i need to pay for her mistakes? instructions given were clear & my number was also written on to the invoice which was attached to my bag of clothes.
when boss realised she made a mistake, she gave me a $2 discount. so bill came out to be $78. which was still ridiculous. this is not the first time i have asked for the same service. i was usually only charged $8/piece. no sorry no nothing. i gave up & just paid for something i did not ask for.
it is understandable that you have a lot of customers & a lot of expectations to handle & meet. workload should be shared with the staffs. your staffs, regardless new or old, if unsure, they can always check back with customers what is required. nothing wrong with double checking.
when i came home to try out the altered shirts, i was extremely dissatisfied. threads were still attached, shirts looked out of shape, sleeves are so much shorter than the sample, length of one of the shirts was longer than the rest. the shirts just looked horrendous & completely different from when i first purchased them. once again, all i asked was for them to follow the sample which had a boxy and straight silhouette. nothing could possibly go wrong.
for $78, i could have bought a new blouse. now i am stuck with 4 ruined shirts. i won't disregard boss's efforts, i understand that she is busy. just extremely disappointed. wished her staff could just double check with me before relaying to her boss. last visit here but i'm sure you have many other loyal customers who require your service. work on educating your staff. they are not just there to sit down, do their own things & collect pay.

Outlet is closed on 2 attempts to send my jackets for dry cleaning. Have a feeling that customers need to cater to the limited operating hours of the outlet which is not convenient to all. Will look for other Dry Cleaning Service in Clementi instead. Have been a long term customer under today.

Sent in my favourite jacket for their stain removal service hoping to get the matcha stains on the hood off, and I completely understood the possibility of the stain remaining. However, when I received my jacket a week later, the stains had gone from a greenish hue to an ugly brown, and some other stains appeared on parts of the jacket that were clean before.
Sent in another top that was stained with makeup which was returned to me in its original state. Staff were extremely unprofessional, one held up my white cropped tank top, charging it as a "blouse" while another inside the shop said it was a "baby's top". Made it so uncomfortable and I miss when the shop was run by the older ladies.
No idea what happened in the week in which they had my clothes nor what substances were used. Really wouldn't recommend this place, ended up having to throw both pieces away :(

Poor customer service is a persistent problem as you can see from other reviews. (Only polite when there is a transaction) Also, honestly too overpriced. Reached at 7.40pm only for store assistant to announce closure despite google stating 8pm. She ranted on about how busy she is (PSA: everyone is busy). If you need 30 min to do uninterrupted stock work, indicate store closure at 7.30pm to avoid misunderstanding. Will not be back!

Poor customer service on a busy Saturday morning. We, the customers, were patient but staff was incompetent (took her multiple trips to find the collection) & bossy (ran down her explanation and instructions to a foreign domestic helper, didn’t seek if helper understood). Queue Management was not her priority as the area where the Laundry Club was located was extremely heavy traffic. I will make other choices for my laundry needs.

Very upset. The Laundry Club is an unreliable and dishonest laundry service provider. I sent in my newly gifted designer winter scarf for dry cleaning to The Clementi Mall branch last December and I never get to see it again. Went down to the branch a few times to check on the status, way past the collection date and told me to deal with the HQ. No one attended to my texts to let me know what had happened. Until almost a month of following up, I was told they cannot locate my item and offered me a “goodwill” compensation of less than 10% of the cost. What a good deal for the company at the expense of their poor customers. I can only blame myself for trusting the wrong laundry company. Do not recommend.

I brought in a few suits and blazers that had unfortunately gotten mouldy, and not only did they manage to save every piece, they also gave me helpful advice on how to prevent it from happening again.
