Just a tiny feedback, sometimes the clinic will be closed without notice, especially on weekday nights. Hopefully there is a way to keep patients updated on the opening hours!

Extremely terrible experience!! We visited this clinic at 10 am and were told the next turn was us. The waiting time should be HALF an hour, however in the end we had to wait for 3 hours. Really bad and totally spoiled our Saturday morning. We understood walk-in normally need to wait for longer but it makes no sense that let us wait for Three hours with the expectation of HALF an hour. The information from the reception is totally misleading and helpless. If you don’t want to waste your time, please go to another place. I believe an arbitrary clinic can do much better than this one.

They're late in opening the clinic. It's past 10am, more than 10 people are waiting but no signs of the staff.
And they didn't check your queue number, they just served whoever approached them. A very bad experience.

Had a bad experience today (20/11/24) with the 2 nurse both are so rude. I don't understand why doctor can keep stuff like them. I'm a regular customer bcz doctor are a nice person only problem is the stuff.
1) go counter got ignore
2) ask questions but got reply rudely
3) say 20min waiting time and I see only got two or three people but then they let appointment people in without informed us and we wait around 1 hour.
4) give medication like give (tissue packet) no plastic and act like plastic need to pay 5c.
Please doctor take notes and don't let your clinic have a bad name bcz of your rude stuff.

Counter staff are friendly and nice. However, it would be good if doctors address the younger patients (especially those in their 30s and under) by their first names rather than Mr/Ms (last name).
There’s more personal touch, makes the doctor appear more approachable, and patient feel more respected and personally acknowledged.
The current way of addressing (younger adult) patients while respectful just seems needlessly formal

Dr Lock is great, attentive, thorough and listens patiently. He is very informative and gives options which I like. The support staff, Sarah and Kirt are pleasant, fast and caring. This is my go-to clinic.

I had a great experience at this clinic! The receptionist was very accommodating and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Kirt is cheerful and friendly, making me feel better and temporary forget my illness. Dr Wong is very professional and knowledgeable, just mention what procedure I had and symptom, he knew what medication I was given.
