Small outlet of PLC at the basement of Clementi Mall (near the door to taxi stand and drop-off point; opposite Watsons). May not carry the widest range of products compared to its larger outlets like the one in Vivo or Holland V, but still pretty comprehensive as they stock the more popular/common items or 'necessities' that your pets may use on a daily basis. Very neat, well-organised and clean shop. Maybe cos it's a smaller outlet or the company feels there isn't a need to deploy more manpower so it always seem quite short-handed IMO, with only one staff managing the operations (usually the case whenever I visit). So if I ever need to enquire about a product, I would have to wait as the staff could be busy attending to other customers. Staff is approachable and friendly when handling queries and at the check-out. But may be more convenient to shop online for variety and free delivery.

Helpful and emphatic staff working on 2nd may 2023 afternoon. Found a bird on the streets and proceeded to the store to get a small carrier. The female employee gave me discount and some bird seeds for the starving and weak bird. (Hope this wouldn’t put her in any trouble) I would like to commend the staff for being empathetic and understanding, which are traits that a customer service associate should have especially in a pet store.

Went to restock 4 bags of dry dog food. Was attended to by a cheerful Agnes, who worked out the best price deal and carried the bags to my car ( I have a bad back). Thank you Agnes!

I would like to give compliments to a service staff named Alves (hope I spelled her name correctly) at PLC's outlet at Clementi Mall. Her service is outstanding. She always gives a warm greeting when I enter the shop and has great product knowledge. I have been and will continue to be a regular customer at this outlet for the great customer service!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave a lot of useful advice for dog food. Even though the store had already closed, she was not impatient at all as she slowly brought me through the different aisles to explain about the different dog food. So thankful for such wonderful staffs! Pity I didn't get her name but thank you for making my first visit a good one!
