If 0 star is possible, I would have chosen it. Extremely rude service staff name Theresa. Rude to the customer and talking bad about customer right in front of others.

Initially, I bought for 3 because of the offer that they advertised as shown in the picture. However, when scanned at the counter, cashier informed it was 2 for $4. Apparently, they failed to remove the promotion tag on the rack. Tried asking for assistance from a management trainee but she was unhelpful, stating that the promotion ended yesterday, 5 Nov 2023. Please re-evaluate and re-train the staff to serve customers better and recover services appropriately.

I had the worst experience at this branch, especially with the large Indian lady. The service was terrible, and I question where you find such staff. The aunties are much better! Customer service was zero! I will inform all my family and friends to avoid this branch, and I may never visit Watsons again!”

Very bad service. Was strangely lectured by 2 staff, Theresa and another indian lady for things that only staff will know.
Cannot comprehend why Item sold in 1's cannot be purchase as the price tag indicated but needed to purchase in pack size that they prefer. Lady name Theresa even lectured me and called me rude for explaining to her that there was no indication on the shelf instead of apologizing to her.
Most ridiculous service I ever received from a service staff, EVER. Felt like i am paying to beg for permission to buy things and get mistreated.

The promoter told us that there was $4 off with minimum spend of $50. We double checked with cashier to confirm of this promotion. The cashier said that the discount applied to all products. But then, at the self check out, the discount did not appear. We pressed the bell for assistance and the cashier aggressively shouted "What do you want." In a rude manner. Again, we consulted her about the discount, to which she yelled "The discount is targeted. The discount only happens sometimes." She glared at us with an irratated and unwelcoming expression. This behaviour is unacceptable and the very fact that she misinformed us in the first place even more expresses how unreasonable the way she presented herself to her customers was. This experience dismotivates us to visit again and should not be seen in any store.

Bad experience encounter at Watson Clementi Mall
Was at the cashier waiting to make payment.
This Cashier, Theresa, was stock up stock beside the counter. She did saw me. But allow me to wait till she done with her stock up. Slowly slide in to the Cashier to attend me which allow customer to wait for her about 5 mins. To make payment. Watson Singapore, better wake up your idea, by guide your staffs what is customer service. Thank you

Deserves 0 stars if possible. This outlet, like what other reviewers have shared, has one of the worst service levels in the retail industry, providing consistently bad service. Considering this outlet is located in a mall, i would assume that revenue and profit margins are one of the highest, and that Watson's management can afford to send its staff for training to bridge the service gaps. Not one to leave bad reviews for businesses usually, but today was the last straw for this outlet. The counter staff looked visibly unwillingly to provide basic cashiering duties and was rude throughout. Even when I offered information on my own accord that I would be needing a bag, to which I received no response at first and a further defensive "ya, additional 10 cents." when I repeated myself, assuming that the service staff had not heard me. And then another unwilling exchange on her part to ask what would my mode of payment be. This poor service experience at Watson's ruined my otherwise pleasant day. As a resident of Clementi, I would take my money to other more deserving retail shops providing the same product mix in the same mall next time.

The service at this outlet is absolutely the worst. The staff are rude especially the young indian girl with specs at the cashier counter. She speaks in a rude tone and is the most unfriendly person i have met in the service insustry. I see the other reviews and they are mostly about her being rude but apparently the management does not bother to educate her as customers are getting angry all the time.

Wonderful experience with the pharmacist on duty. However, one thing that really bothers me is that the store is really warm and stuffy to shop in; I feel like I am in a sauna. I have been there many times the past few weeks and each time I regret not going to another outlet in another mall and it makes me wonder how this will affect the shelf-life of the medicines stored there and as someone who knows that many medicines have to be kept at 25 deg Celsius or below, I will have to reconsider buying my meds from other branches

COVID TRAP AND BREEDING GROUNDS. BEWARE (see latest photos October 2022). Shopping Isles too narrow, over crowded chaotic, long wait for cashier, self checkout both need service but noone there. Ended up leaving before buying what I needed.

To my point of view , it was obviously the staff here working attitude is bad and impatient from there face expressions.
I have regularly been patronise at this store, and now I am completely disappointed and angry😡

There are so many Watsons branches in Singapore, but this one has the worst service attitude. If you have other options, I strongly suggest you go to another branch. As a customer, you shouldn’t spend your money here just to be treated poorly. The rude short-haired female employee without glasses acts as if she’s selling luxury LV bags, despite her low-quality attitude and poor service. As customers, we should treat ourselves better and spend our money where we are respected. She looks to be between 35 and 45 years old and was standing at the Eucerin counter between 8:06 PM and around 8:20 PM. Her service was extremely unprofessional. When I asked her to recommend skincare products, she said she didn’t know and couldn’t help. When I asked her to help me find a product, she replied that I have hands and could look for it myself. When I asked her to come over and take a look, she pretended not to hear me and continued standing at the Eucerin counter, refusing to move, as if she planned to stay there until the day she meets God

Clementi Mall Watson, very convenient place because near MRT and got more things here compare to other outlet like West Coast Plaza.
There was a time I visited especially during the delivery time, so much cartons on the floor, it is understandable that the place is just too small, I wonder why Watson kept sending so many things here.
I normally don't interact with the staff here because you can see them always very busy, but they are very constantly vigilant at the Self Check Out. There was a time I saw a staff just walking buy but can spot a customer left their card at the terminal and can identify the customer very quickly and efficient. Other than that they will always comes to help if someone stuck during payment because transaction self cancelled for some reason.
Anyway ,I think the staff number over there is lacking, if got more staff I believe they can provide better quality of service.
