The customer service was terrible rude and disappointing day. Was hoping to changed the drink, but it turns out not available when I can see there’s a lot of cans on the racks. We ordered 2X can coke and end up getting different drinks.

Over rated place with staff too slow and easy going. Least bothered to expedite when the queue is building up. Wait to place an order was about 20 min then to receive it another 20 min. Not worth for such a long wait when there are not enough seats available. Most of them were chopped by the students in the queue. Food was good but spotted a moving cockroach on the drinks vending machine which was shocking. Cleanliness can be improved. The display tv got turned off without staff noticing.

waited close to 35 minutes for my order. mobile app order don’t work as everything is apparently out of stock. machine dispensed sprite was bitter. when i’m paying so much for wings please at the very least make sure it’s good 😭😭😭

Super nice and good, but one down side is that the drinks didn’t come with ice that day and the drinks portion is quite little. Still very thirsty after drinking, maybe can consider increasing the volume based on the price paid

Bought Take Away but the cold veg containers were packed with the warm food. And the fries were compactly packed and tucked tightly at the side of the bag, it was already wet and soaky when I collected. When asked about it. The staff said IT’S THE WAY IT IS !!!! The company spent so much on the product and marketing but I really don’t understand why they cannot make the effort to do make the service delivery better. Some things are just COMMON SENSE. You are packing FOOD, NOT the army bag sack. Very disappointing first experience.

The tables were incredibly filthy and has crumbs and bits of food from its previous diners left on it when I came. The food was horrendous, the fries were fine but the pieces of chicken me and my friends ordered were all dry, hard and overcooked and a tough eat.

super slow, waited roughly 45 mins for my food even though waiting time was 15-30 mins went at 11 received food at 11.45. additionally i asked for extra seasoning on the fries and they didn't even bother putting extra seasoning, something that takes 2 seconds to do tables were incredibly filthy as i had some dead bug on my table.

The staff who served me was genuinely so rude: a young girl wearing contacts gave me the feeling like she didnt want to be there. The food was mid, its better at other chains and I had to wait quite long even though i didnt go at peak hour

Food here was excellent! Nice chicken, and the wait time was very accurate! It was also very fast as there was a lot of people over there. But one problem is that the drink which I ordered which was coke, tasted like it was mixed with water. And that is what I supposed. Shouldn’t you give your customers just the natural drink and not water and the drink together? But the food made up for it as the chicken was juicy and crispy and soft I think there was quite a lot of bad reviews here as it would be very crowded if gone on peak hours. But I believe, you should go when it is not crowded. And it’s quite nice and cosy over there, but customers should clean up by themselves

The food was good, and the service was fast, but unfortunately, the cashier was unfriendly and unprofessional. It was my first time ordering at Wing Stop and I mistakenly thought the ala carte tenders came with a dipping sauce. Instead of explaining politely, the cashier provided poor service and even rolled his eyes. Thankfully, another staff member kindly informed me that ala carte doesn't include dipping. It's disappointing to encounter such bad customer service, especially from the cashier. Please ensure staff with PR skills were assigned to the front.
