Did an inquiry for compatibility of my door and gate from Yale Smart Shop at Clementi Branch.
Stan Chong attended to me and was able to provided a professional advise through WhatsApp. He guided me to do simple measurements in ensuring that my gate and door compatibilities with the lock specification.
He was very patience with my questions and even follow up till the process of installation.
He also provided a detail explanation of overall function of the door and gate lock.

Made a couple of trips down to the Yale shop in clementi before I finally decided to take the plunge to convert my house locks to digital ones.
