Did my fringe rebonding, they quoted $100 just for the fringe if you want to trim it will be additional $20 and total will be $120. I am fine with it.
So basically this lady with gold hair attended to me, despite attending to me first, she chose to do her own things and letting me to wait. I am fine too.
She doesn't communicate with me or ask how I want to cut even though it's my first visit. She chose to keep quiet and giving a face which I don't even know why.
Then I told her I want my fringe to be below eyebrow and my fringe is airbangs. She trimmed it above eyebrows and turn it nearly to bangs!
Best part, I was standing washing my fringe.

Cris was a charm. I had a previous trauma with a different salon and she fearlessly tackled my unruly and badly damaged hair. She acknowledged my budget instead of hard-selling treatments that will make me go over-budget which helped to make me feel comfortable in the service I was getting.
