Giving you 1 star is a upgrade. Staff deserve no star. Staff was chit chatting , EATING at the counter while customer is waiting to pay. They proceeded to count the cashier CASH MONEY infront of waiting customer. I am a high ranking in retail, and this was embarrassing to me.
Staff just look at customer waiting to pay like OH OK.
And the floor is dirty?! All the stuff is all over. Not maintained like other outlet. Cannot even walk---- change your Staff la for god sake. Look at all the review

After ringing the bell, a very grumpy faced cashier walked out from the back, dragging her feet. Every movement screamed her boredom and dissatisfaction. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I think there should be some form of training for all staff, full time or part time. It will turn off all customers for sure.

Very bad management and arrangement of fragile products. Was made to pay for something i did not want. Not even sure if the item was spoilt or damaged in the first place to begin with. Fragile items displayed in open shelves.

The young slim supervisor-like staff should improve on her customer service skills and attitude.
Asked some things nicely and in friendly manner but was unhelpful and cold.
Another occasion, she kept kicking a stool around loudly which sounded very irritating (to reach higher shelves). When I looked at her, she ignored and continued. -_-
Also, their closing time put 10pm but sometimes 9.55pm still open, sometimes 9.45pm start chasing people out. Checked n said 9.40pm close. Shops like this shd display their soft closing times also.

This branch really bucks. "Press the bell once. Once doesnt mean multiple." I pressed carefully once after i noticed the note. Waited and waited, no clone coming. Pressed another time. Still no one coming. After I waited for another while, two staff finally came with one holding hand of a litgle girl and anohter hand holding on to a bag of food. OMG, feeding kid during working hours? I spoke to my self softly without even looking at some one, "there are two staff." The This lady with kid questioned me in a challenging tone "sorry?!" I told her that I was talked to myself. She's passed off. Guessing it is because I pressed the bell MULTIPLE which disobeys her rules?? Honestly speaking, Miniso at clementi mall sucks. This is not the first time encountering such rude stuff. .

outlet is crazy squeezy and narrow. wanted to purchase some items but decided not to as staff wearing specs with brown hair has very poor customer service. the 5 star reviews here are probably bogus or bots, just read all the 1 star reviews here and they will tell you the same.
for customers, please patronise and bring your money elsewhere and not here.
for the poor customer service staff, please attend wsq course or go home and sleep

I went back to get an item to restock and I was waiting at the cashier and the woman said only press once but I didn’t even press the bell and she was not polite when serving me I service here is terrible but the items are great I think the workers need to be better or they need to hire better workers to treat their customers more politely
And don’t accuse people of something they didn’t do

Some items no price tags and tried to ask the staff unfortunately 2 of them are just super unfriendly. If you don't want us to so called disturb, pls ensure there are sufficient price indications.

Visited a while back and some of the products were not labelled correctly. Items that were not on offer were displayed as on offer and when we went to the cashier to make the payment, the amount was very different. When we asked the cashier, they tried to blame us saying that we saw the items wrongly. Brought the cashier to go see the items and they had little to no remorse. But a manager came and resolved the issue.

there’s long queue on a weekend afternoon yet the staff is no where to be seen, isn’t someone suppose to be stationed at the cashier area ? Nobody could find the staff at all, waste of time. The moment we found a staff after knocking on the staff door, the staff replied rudely & ask us to ring the bell. The other customer rang the bell a few times there wasn’t anyone coming.

I’m really doubt that whether your staff be trained before or not??? There is no staff stand by cashier here, this is understandable, however when we are going to call the staff come to help payment, there is another customer just stand at payment there and cut the queue and your staff didn’t show anything? Excuse me? Means that you shop like everyone are able to cut the queue ? And your staff are allowing to do that? Very good !

Super rude staff. A lot of price tags there are either missing or wrong. When I ask, they don't answer politely. Like I owe them money. The staff there really can't be bothered. They are more likely to meet their KPIs if they work as debt collectors.

Cashier , Malay girl with brownish hair and glasses had no manners , rude to my mother. My mother was paying nets and the malay girl said “ nets?” “ say lah” and i got really pissed hearing that. Never coming back ever again

Seems like this outlet need to assess the quality of their staff. Look at the number of bad reviews! After so many complaints and the management doesn’t do anything about it.
My daughter and her friend were shopping here today after school. The staff, a young lady wearing glasses and long hair gestured at my daughter’s friend rudely to move away cos she was looking at merchandise and “being in her way”.
When my daughter and her friend were trying to pay for their merchandise, this same rude lady was using her phone and not interested in processing their purchases. After payment, the staff rolled her eyes at them.She’s definitely hating her job.

Went there on a peak hour around 6pm on 27 Aug but cannot find any sales assistant inside the store, only hear laughter inside the store room. Lots of items are missing price tag. People who wants to make payment needs to ring the bell to call the cashier...
