I want to file a complaint against your lady stuff wearing glasses and black uniform at Clementi Mall outlet. I don't know what her position is but her work attitude is really bad.
I have been drinking Mr Coconut at this outlets every time and normally I will ask the staff not to drip water from their hands into my cup when washing things. This lady staff who did not listen to my words at all, and then did it on purpose and when I told her, she will just ignored. This is not the first time she have done this, so I complained.
Why do you hire such employees to work? Her face looked like someone owed her a lot of money.

Long queueing time. Only 1 person preparing the drinks. Another person is busy with something else (handphone, papers). Poor shop management.

Service is really slow , literally one person running the stall , which leads to preparation of each drinks taking about 2-3 minutes . We were 4 in queue and most of the orders before us was for one drink, still took us about 15 mins to get the drinks .

The outlet in Clementi would take a very very long time to make drinks for self pick up customers. This is a recurring phenomenon, wherein the outlet prioritized delivery orders over customer who order at the shop. It is possible that the outlet is simply can't produce fast enough to service everyone.

Taste like diluted chilled coconut water
Look at the cluttered ice stuck in the cup when finished the liquid (1/4 of the L cup)
Apparently the staff did not blend ice and ingredients well
Taste nothing similar to a shake
I was quite impressed with the good coconut avocado shake so this time tried original shake so I know what a shake should be like
BTW when I saw staff making shake, she just randomly threw ice cream scoop and some dropped out of blender but she didn’t even care

i’m very upset over this store. first, the wait for the drinks took quite some time. but, i understand as there were a few orders. next, when i received the drink, THERE WAS A WEIRD SYRUP TASTE. this just shows even though they take quite a long time to make my drink, they still didn’t wash the equipment properly before making the next. i can taste the SYRUP!

The old woman kept claiming that the pick-up order had been taken by the delivery man. The process was chaotic and the old woman‘s attitude was very very bad. She didn't even know the difference between a pick-up order and a delivery order. Although she finally made a new drink for me, her attitude was totally very bad and rude!!! So angry!!!

Quality has diminished significantly, drinks are just slushy coconut water at this point. The amount of ice-cream is so minimal you can’t even drink it through the straw because it’s so icy. You get through half the drink, and the rest is just ice.
Is it just Clementi Mall? No, unfortunately. We’ve had this experience in Hillion Mall and Far East Plaza to name a few. Sometimes the craving for coconut shake strikes and we give Mr Coconut another try but we’ve experienced this consistently across all the outlets.
Very disappointing for the increasing price. Mr coconut needs to do better to keep up with the increasing amount of competition.
Update: not sure what you want me to email you about since everything is in the review. Since I’m doing your job for you, maybe one more tip I can give you then is to not use with the exact same meaningless copy paste reply? Any more than this I’m going to charge consulting fees.

Pretty good coconut shake. I would it's more like coconut milk with blended ice.
It has a nice coconut fragrance in the drink and you can taste little coconut flesh in there.

This is specially for the Clementi branch. I was there a short while ago(940pm or so) and I am very heartened to see 3 young teenagers at work although only for my 1 drink, together with ensuring tip top cleanliness and quality. I haven’t tasted my drink but this alone makes me very happy and satisfied patronising the brand. The new generation needs to know how important these small gestures are and be commended when we see them working with honesty and proper handling especially f&b. ;)

Making a new review because it has improved since 2 years back. Just want to mention that the drinks were really nice, would definitely come back again, giving 4 stars because it could be a one time thing.
Previous: Recipe differs by a huge margin as compared to other outlets. The worst I've tried amongst Outlets in Jurong Point, JEM and Clementi. Just yesterday, I ordered to collect and they claimed it was ready on the app but hadn't even prepared it, I waited an extra 10 minutes for them to get it ready when I could have spent that time walking around getting my errands done.
