The malay staffs there are really kind but there’s one chinese old aunty who’s really grumpy. I didn’t mean to mention so specifically but that’s the only description i have as i didnt manage to get her name (she was covered by the cashier) & she is the only chinese lady there. She just stood behind the cashier not doing anything while there’s plenty customers & just keep instructing the malay guy staff beside her. I find that really unkind and disrespectful of her towards both her colleagues and customers. Hope she can do better. Just aim to raise awareness for future customers and if this is not a one-time issue others can also share their experience so if the management happen to see this, would be good to advise the aunty to not bring the team atmosphere at that outlet down as well as the service quality to customers as the other team members are really very helpful and nice.

Totally not recommended to come to this outlet. This old Aunty was very rude to customer and there was no proper solution with regards to the OCK app. OCK management, pls do some training for your staffs on service recovery.

Order their salted egg chunky chicken pops but no salted egg flavour at all, staff used almost no salted egg seasoning for it.

Worst Old Chang Kee ever! Food is cold and soggy because they pre-cooked their items in large quantity. Store supervisor and QC team should be fired for this BS. $6 for 2 items of unpleasant food; it's daylight robbery.

Hello what hapen to this outlet open so late avery dah 9.26am then open. Waiting so long.. staff say 10 more minute. Then after come back, give me 10 more minute again ?? Alamak ! So boring every day like this.

I’ve tried Old Chang Kee at various malls and usually enjoy it, but the outlet at Clementi Mall has been disappointing. I’ve given it a few chances, but the fried items are consistently cold. Is there food warmer? Is it not working, turned on or maintained properly.

Totally absurd i wish can give them negative star. First of all very rude, im trying my best to shake it off, all i want is my food. Order my plater set tru grab order. Come over to collect & i ask politely is mine order ready? , none of them ans my question. Make me wait for 10 mins, then when its ready they called my Q number, & again i ask , it is complete? She said yes in a very rude tone. When I reach home to my kids, all i see my food order was incomplete.. my kids didn’t get enough dinner for that day, in the end i have to order again from other outlet. I wont forgive what they have make my day miserable.

Do not buy from them!!! Never buy old change kee again! This outlet serves cold chicken pops and other deep fried food. They fried and left it laying around at the counter behind them. The display glass food also not hot at all. The fried food are also very brown in color . They over used their oil to refry their food Even when I told the staffs they still give me the same batch of chicken pops. The Chinese lady cashier is very rude and Very bad customer service. She will raise her voice at you demand you to pay $$. As if you own her a million dollars!

This particular outlet has served cold and soggy fried food to me several times. This time, I forgot to check and got cold and deflated nuggets, wet and soggy big fishballs and sotong balls that are bascially so dry inside. I have decided to review. Buyers should check for warmth of food before heading off.

The fish balls are still warm and tasty but much less salty. Curry o’s had well balanced mix of chicken and potatoes. Awesome snacks for a busy Sunday
