The thing I regretted most on Black Friday was walking into this lingerie store called Pierre Cardin. It is recommended that people who come to this store should leave after buying, and never stay for a long time, otherwise you will see the true face of the clerk. When I walked into this store, the clerk's attitude was good at first, and she looked like she wanted to help you solve the problem, but after trying a few pieces, she became impatient. Her face began to darken, and then she asked how many pieces you tried in total, and she gave them to us personally. Her attitude had already begun to be bad, but we noticed it at this time, but didn't take it to heart. Then when I asked her some more questions, she was obviously impatient, and her answers became louder and louder. I asked her once, and she repeated it twice. At this time, I wanted to tell my sister not to ask anymore, and not to buy anything. Her attitude was really bad. What made me most angry was that our things were still in the fitting room. While my sister was asking questions, I was looking in the mirror in the fitting room. She walked up to me angrily and asked, "Have you finished trying on?" Then I said I was done with the trial, and she started to yell: Come out now!! What are you doing in there? ! So I was treated as a thief? I was so drunk and speechless. Her eyes and tone made me feel very disrespected. Her attitude was so bad that I was determined not to buy it, and I would definitely take a detour next time. Then my sister thanked us before she left, but she? She ignored us directly. I stayed for less than 15 minutes and had a shitty experience. I got nothing, except for the look that suspected I was a thief. After getting angry, I felt more sad and disappointed. May I ask if I came here to accept your scrutiny and scolding? Didn’t I come here to get a professional answer, a friendly attitude, and then buy a product that I am satisfied with? It’s better to have no service than to treat a customer as a thief. If her attitude was not so different, I wouldn’t be so disappointed. This attitude made me prefer to talk to a robot rather than to her. I began to doubt what I did to cause such a big misunderstanding. The problem is that I didn't do anything. I just tried on one piece and never intended to steal. I returned it right after I put it on. Then I looked in the mirror with the door open in the fitting room and was treated as a thief. I was so happy that I just bought a pair of shoes that I really wanted, but I felt like I was pushed off a cliff and fell into an abyss. If I hadn't walked into this store, maybe I would have fallen asleep happily thinking about my new shoes. However, there is no if, I can only write a review here to express my anger. Finally, I figured it out. She just thought I was young and easy to bully. She picked on the weak. I hope that the clerk can adjust his mentality after seeing this and not ruin the mood of the next sincere customer.

This is the first time I passed by here and saw underwear for $10 a piece. There is a promotion. It turns out the quality of the underwear I bought inside looks like defective goods. The size and design are not comfortable at all when you wear them. I think this is the reason why the stuff insisted to pick up them for me.

This was one of the worst experience that I have faced in a lingerie shop. Visited the outlet at Clementi Mall on one of the weekdays a few week back - the salesperson (Lim) was not professional as she quoted different promotions (buy 2 get 1 free and buy 3 get 1 free) within one day apart when I revisited the store on the next day. When questioned on the difference in promotion, she hesitantly honour the previous promotion ie buy 2 get 1 free. She was also pushy wanting to close deals since its approaching end of the month. The worst is…. I was given a plastic bag that is crumple as hell when I finally made the $100+ bra purchase. The salesperson even has the audacity to say it costs 10cents per plastic bag when I reacted to the poor quality of plastic bag given. Is this how Pierre Cardin deliver its customer service standard? Truly disappointed 👎🏻

VERY LOW QUALITY SERVICE Staff is very aggressive, none of her advices are useful, but she just won’t give u the correct size cuz she believes ur size is something else The bras are poorly designed, same size can be different in bust in everything for different models but the staff just insists in her judgements. Might also gets rude and suggests bras are just like this, if u don’t feel right, maybe it’s because u r not wearing it for its purpose. If you wish to watch an ironic clown show then go to this store, if you are looking for the attitude you’d expect in a low budget wholesale market, but with prices that match premium brands like ck, then this is the place to go. Btw none of the bras are full cotton, staff lied and say one of them are but the tag says it’s only mixed with 10% cotton. I triple checked with her but she insisted to go on with the lie…So maybe this is also a good place to see what real life Fraud is like
